      How long will delivery take?

      Delivery's are usually completed within 2-5 days depending on specific location.  Our customer service team will keep you apprised of the delivery times once confirmed.

        How much will delivery cost?

        We aim to keep delivery free within urban regions of Australia and

        dispatch your order within 48hrs of your purchase.  

        For New Zealand we do need to charge a small delivery fee to help ship your TiiPii Bed float over the Tasman sea, please contact us for prices to specific areas.

        For costs to ship to other regions, please contact us and we will come back to you with a quote.

          We aim to cover most of the world when it comes to delivery of your TiiPii Bed.

          • For any other countries please contact us and our team will come back to you straight away with the best possible delivery option.

            What warranty is included with the products?

            Your TiiPii Bed is backed by a 12 month comprehensive warranty.  Please see our Warranty page for full details, however an 'at a glance' summary is provided below for your convenience:

            We warranty your TiiPii for a period of 12 months under normal usage, to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Our liability under this warranty is to repair or replace (at our discretion) any part or your TiiPii Bed covered by this warranty free of charge.

            This warranty does not cover:

            • Normal wear and tear 

            • Damage arising from abnormal use, or abuse 

            • TiiPii's which have not been maintained, or which have been modified

            • Any indirect or consequential loss

            This warranty applies only to the original purchase. Proof of purchase is required.

              How do I return or exchange items?

              Sales are covered by a standard  30 returns policy, details of which can be found here.
